Candidates must have strong expertise in Flutter and prior experience in building financial, banking, or fintech applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. - Work closely with product managers and UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly and secure apps. - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Ensure applications meet NBFC/financial compliance and security standards. - Debug, test, and maintain applications for smooth performance. - Collaborate with backend developers for API integration. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience. - Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter architecture. - Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX). - Knowledge of Firebase / Push Notifications / Payment Gateway integration. - Strong understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications. - Familiarity with App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) deployment. - Experience working in Fintech / NBFC domain is highly preferred. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good to Have (Optional Skills) - Experience with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin/Swift). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar). - Understanding of Microservices / Node.js / Laravel backend integration.
