- Company: IBL Finance (NSE Listed NBFC) - Position: Flutter Developer - Experience Required: 3–5 years - Openings: 2 - Location: Pal, Surat. - Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleIBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is looking for skilled Flutter Developers to build and maintain high-performing mobile applications for our fintech products. Candidates must have strong expertise in Flutter and prior experience in building financial, banking, or fintech applications.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.- Work closely with product managers and UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly and secure apps.- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.- Ensure applications meet NBFC/financial compliance and security standards.- Debug, test, and maintain applications for smooth performance.- Collaborate with backend developers for API integration.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–5 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.- Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter architecture.- Experience with State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).- Knowledge of Firebase / Push Notifications / Payment Gateway integration.- Strong understanding of secure coding practices for financial applications.- Familiarity with App Store (iOS) & Play Store (Android) deployment.- Experience working in Fintech / NBFC domain is highly preferred.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have (Optional Skills)- Experience with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin/Swift).- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar).- Understanding of Microservices / Node.js / Laravel backend integration.Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge fintech solutions.- Work with a highly experienced team in an NSE Listed NBFC.- Professional growth and career development.
