efforts Job Summary The Senior Solution Architect D T MDM Admin supports software packaging and deployment in the organization to define deliver and support D T enabled business solutions This role will also help support strategic direction determine business needs and design deliver technical solutions for application packaging deployment and troubleshooting This role has primary accountability for working on software packaging solutions including projects system enhancement and production support in alignment with West D T and company policies and procedures Working closely with the regional and global Digital and Transformation team the role of the Manufacturing Network and Digital support site team is having responsibility for developing and efficiently operating all aspects of the site s infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures Performs duties in line with best Digital and Transformation practices and applicable regulatory requirements i e cGMP Computer System Validation 21 CFR part 11 compliance Leading the site s workload distribution and coordinating with other teams and local management Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility including but not limited to Shop Floor Systems SFS Manufacturing Execution Systems MES Enterprise resource planning ERP Virtual and Physical servers LAN WAN equipment desktop computers and laptops communication and collaboration systems Problem determination and resolution through existing procedures but also identifying new ways to resolve unexpected problems Subject Matter Expert for local site support on all major and more complex Digital and Transformation technologies Driving and coordinating IT security for local site with support from corporate Subject Matter Expert Collaborate with the regional and global Digital and Transformation organization to maintain the service catalogue and Service level agreements in alignment with global regional and site-specific IT services Participate in local regional and global Digital and Transformation projects coordinate roll-out of same on local site level and leading local Digital and Transformation projects Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs Utilize and leverage Service Management tools for tracking of workloads Professional attitude in maintaining a clean orderly and safe work area Exemplary behavior in IT security related topics Participate in on-call support rotation Conforms with and abides by all regulations policies work procedures instruction and all safety rules Act in accordance with the company s Guiding Principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct Compliance to all local site Environmental Health and Safety regulations Compliance to all local site company policies procedures and corporate policies Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Education Bachelor s degree Computer Science Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experience Work Experience Minimum 5 years Minimum of 7 years of experience of IT support and or IT operations ideally in regulatory manufacturing environment required 5-8 years of relevant work experience Min 5 years of experience of deployment and support and operations of Endpoints Must have Jamf experience packaging policy management MacOS iOS iPadOS bash scripting Must have Intune Expertise Compliance App protection configuration packaging Windows and Android knowledge Prior work experience on Scripting basics Powershell VBscript etc Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Strong service orientation Open to change and prepared to drive change Ability to work on own initiative and to meet strict deadlines Strong project management and coordination skills Experiences in collaboration within international teams Required Language English Has advanced and specialized expertise typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes assignments and facilitates the work activities of others may coordinate work beyond own area Proposes improvements to processes Acts as a lead coordinating the work of others - but is not a supervisor Works autonomously within established procedures and practices Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and Suite MS Windows Server administration Network technologies protocols and administration Microsoft Active Directory Nice to have SCCM Experience with Packaging Nice to have packaging experience with InstallShield and PowerShell Studio Experience with Co-management Auto-pilot Hybrid Ad environment Entra ID License and Certifications Information TechnologyInformation Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL ITIL Foundation Certification preferred Travel Requirements 10 Up to 26 business days per year Physical Requirements Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs 4kgs of force occasionally and or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time Additional Requirements 10 travel including global travel Occasional on-call work required Prefer 12pm - 9pm India time Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed Ability to work in a global and virtual environment
