What you will be doing:

- Taking ownership of the product strategy, positioning, roadmap, and execution for a particular product stream
- Working closely with the sales enablement, customer success, and marketing teams to evaluate market trends and align the product strategy with the go-to-market approach
- Identifying customer problems and requirements, prioritizing them, and converting them into user stories
- Collaborating with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Working closely with the leadership and stakeholders to establish quarterly objectives and success metrics, and reporting on achievements and roadblocks
- Analyzing product funnels and user journeys and suggesting optimizations to enhance target metrics. Leading the implementation of aligned initiatives to deliver improvements in target metrics
- Leveraging qualitative and quantitative analyses to gain insights into customers and improve user flows
- Continuously benchmarking with competitors to identify gaps/opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, features, and communication journeys

What we are looking for:

- At least 3 years of experience in product management in a digital B2C or B2B2C role
- Exceptional skills in identifying users pain points and needs, developing strategic solutions, and connecting the dots
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- First-principles thinking and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly
- A proactive mindset and a preference for delivering MVPs that align with the long-term product vision
- A can-do attitude that isn t deterred by problem ownership. You are willing to take full responsibility for achieving our mission
- Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to transform uncertainty and ambiguity into concise plans
- Strong creativity and a strong desire to innovate while being data-driven
- Comprehensive knowledge of analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar products for monitoring product success metrics
