Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will institutionalize performance management, prepare Admaren for ISO and GPTW certifications, and integrate learning and HR systems to enable a high-performance, people-first culture. Initially, the role will be an individual contributor position, with the opportunity to scale into team leadership. Key Responsibilities Performance & Organizational Development - Lead the design and execution of PMS frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, review cycles). - Build career development pathways linked to PMS outcomes. - Facilitate change management, manager enablement, and employee adoption. Culture, Engagement & Certification - Drive initiatives for Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification. - Embed HR policies and SOPs that support a transparent, values-driven culture. - Prepare and align HR operations for ISO certification. Systems & Effectiveness - Collaborate with consultants on HRMS selection and transition. - Integrate PMS and LMS into HRMS workflows. - Track and report HR effectiveness metrics (engagement, performance, retention). Learning & Development - Introduce scalable learning programs that reinforce performance. - Align learning interventions with role expectations and career growth. Required Skills and Qualification - Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. - 6-12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in performance management and organization development. - Experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, reviews). - Exposure to ISO/GPTW certifications or similar organizational audits. - Hands-on experience with HRMS/LMS systems and integrating learning with performance. - Strong skills in policy/process development, change management, and employee engagement. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
