high-performance culture ensuring that the team is well-trained motivated and aligned with the company s strategic goals Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy Develop and implement strategic plans for logistics operations ensuring alignment with overall business goals Oversee the design and execution of supply chain networks including transportation warehousing inventory management and distribution channels Ensure that logistics operations meet customer expectations including timely delivery and cost-effective solutions Contract Management Oversee the negotiation execution and management of supply chain contracts with clients suppliers and vendors Ensure that all contract terms are adhered to with a strong focus on performance metrics service level agreements SLAs and compliance Manage contract renewals amendments and dispute resolution ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization across the logistics network Introduce and manage technologies or software that improve operational efficiency tracking and reporting Ensure that operational processes are scalable flexible and adaptable to changing business needs or customer demands Cost Control and Budget Management Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost optimization Analyze supply chain costs and performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality Monitor and report on operational performance against budgets forecasts and KPIs Risk Management and Compliance Identify and manage operational risks within the supply chain including those related to transportation warehousing and delivery Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements industry standards and health and safety regulations Monitor and mitigate any potential disruptions or supply chain failures that could impact service delivery Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries issues and concerns regarding logistics operations Proactively identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions Data Analysis and Reporting Use data analytics to monitor performance metrics and KPIs across the supply chain Produce regular reports on operational efficiency inventory levels transportation costs and delivery performance Present operational insights and performance reports to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement Technology Integration Lead the adoption and implementation of new logistics technologies such as warehouse management systems WMS transportation management systems TMS and other
