This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, sales, and analytical skills, along with a strategic mindset to convert leads into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels. Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities and target industries. Maintain a database of potential leads and track their progress through the sales cycle. Evaluate prospects’ requirements and match them with company products or services. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand clients’ business needs and offer tailored solutions or services. Act as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase offerings effectively. 3. Sales & Negotiation Promote the company’s products or services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies. Close deals and ensure timely onboarding of new clients. 4. Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and campaigns. Identify emerging market segments and potential revenue streams. Assist in developing marketing and promotional strategies for business growth. 5. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM or spreadsheets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Provide feedback on client needs, service improvements, and market trends. 6. Customer Support & Follow-up Ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients to maintain engagement. Address client queries, complaints, and service issues professionally. Monitor client satisfaction and work with internal teams to resolve challenges. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Required Skills & Competencies1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication.
