Update records in spreadsheets, databases, or specialized software. Ensure completeness and correctness of all entries. Data Verification & Quality Checks Cross-check entered data against source documents. Identify and correct errors in records to maintain accuracy. Report inconsistencies or missing information to supervisors. Documentation & Filing Scan, organize, and file documents in both digital and physical formats. Label and categorize records systematically for easy retrieval. Assist in maintaining organized filing systems. Support for Business Teams Provide data entry support to finance, HR, sales, or operations teams. Prepare simple reports or summaries as requested. Assist in data collection for audits, surveys, or projects. Administrative Assistance Respond to basic queries regarding data entries. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information. Assist with clerical tasks such as printing, photocopying, and organizing files. Skills & Competencies Required Technical Skills Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfort in using spreadsheets, data entry software, or ERP tools. Typing speed with accuracy (25–40 words per minute preferred). Attention to Detail High focus on accuracy while entering large amounts of information. Ability to detect inconsistencies, duplications, or missing data. Organizational Skills Systematic approach to handling and categorizing data.
