Our story marketfeed YC S21 is a Y Combinator-backed seed-stage startup founded by Sharique Samsudheen and Sooraj E in 2020 Our platform gives users access to trading strategies and curated investment baskets designed by SEBI-Registered Research Analysts with the option to automate trade execution directly in their own broker accounts We ve built a thriving community of over 2 3 million users across social platforms and 400 000 app users So far more than 300 crores have been invested through marketfeed Backed by a passionate team of 50 professionals we re on a mission to make wealth creation accessible and intelligent for everyone Who Are We Looking For We are looking for a Customer Success Manager CSM who ll own the end-to-end customer experience for all marketfeed users You ll build and scale high-performing customer-facing teams that deeply understand our users from first-time investors to seasoned traders You ll work closely with leadership product and technology teams to build processes measure success and ensure every user interaction reflects marketfeed s mission Your north star metrics will be activation retention and experience and you ll play a key role in driving these forward What You ll Do Own customer experience across all user touchpoints learning investing support Drive activation rate and retention rate for marketfeed users Build and lead a high-performance customer-facing organization from structure design to execution Develop and implement robust quality monitoring training and career development programs Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to identify and resolve user friction points Translate customer insights into actionable product or process improvements Partner with leadership to set and deliver quarterly experience activation and retention targets Ensure the team has the right resources tools and clarity to deliver results What We re Looking For 12 years of experience in customer-facing roles within wealth management investments or broking At least 4 years of managerial experience leading multi-layered teams Deep understanding of user psychology especially around money trust and financial decision-making Strong grasp of investment and wealth products returns risks instruments and behavioral nuances Ability to tailor experiences for diverse Indian audiences across states languages and income levels Skilled in data-driven problem solving coaching managers and building scalable processes Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills A passion for creating meaningful trustworthy experiences for users building their financial futures What s In It For You Shape the foundation of marketfeed s customer success engine from the ground up Work alongside founders and leadership in redefining how India learns and invests Your work will directly impact millions of investors and traders Thrive in a people-first culture with flexible work options quarterly outings and a dog-friendly office Comprehensive health cover including free health check-ups unlimited doctor consultations and dental care Grow with the company you help build with competitive salary ESOPs You are in the driver s seat of building innovative and challenging trading products financial instruments Our Hiring Process We keep our hiring process transparent engaging and respectful of your time Here s what you can expect Initial Screening A short call with our recruiter or hiring manager to understand your background motivation and fit Functional Deep Dive Discussion with leadership on your approach to customer success team design and problem-solving Case Discussion Strategy Round A scenario-based discussion where you ll walk us through your thought process and decision-making Founder Round A final conversation with our founders to ensure alignment with our values and long-term vision Our process typically involves 3-4 rounds virtual or in-person and is designed to help both sides make a confident informed decision
