Job Description As a UI/UX Lead at WinZO, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the design vision for our platform, catering to millions of users globally. Responsibilities - Strategic Design Leadership: Define, implement, and oversee a user-centric design strategy aligned with business objectives. Act as a thought leader, mentoring the team and driving innovation in product design. - Design Ownership: Take complete ownership of the end-to-end design lifecycle, including planning, conceptualizing, and executing designs that deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences. - Optimization and Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and refine existing design systems, flows, and components to improve user experience and meet evolving business goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user and business requirements, ensuring design feasibility and consistency. - User Research and Insights: Drive user research initiatives, collect and analyze feedback, and transform insights into actionable design improvements and prototypes. - Design Innovation: Identify opportunities for introducing cutting-edge design trends and tools that enhance creativity and product differentiation. Requirements - Relevant experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in leading teams and delivering large-scale projects. - A proven track record of designing complex, high-impact user experiences with measurable results. - A robust design portfolio showcasing expertise in user interface design, user flows, and usability principles. - Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a team of designers while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning. - Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, while incorporating feedback effectively. - Data-Driven Design: Strong understanding of usability testing, A/B testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions. - Technical Acumen: Familiarity with front-end technologies to better collaborate with development teams and align on design implementation. - Problem-Solving and Vision: A critical thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions that align with long-term product goals. - Knowledge of Adobe's range of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
