Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh Type: Full-time | On-site | Immediate Relocation Preferred About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure finance, and project strategy. The ideal candidate will bring both technical financial expertise and a strategic approach to managing large-scale infrastructure investments, feasibility analysis, and funding models. Candidates with prior PPP consultancy experience (minimum 3–4 years) and exposure to government or semi-government infrastructure projects are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end financial planning, structuring, and execution of PPP and infrastructure projects. - Manage project financing through a mix of equity, debt, and structured instruments. - Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and IRR/NPV analyses for proposed projects. - Develop and present investment strategies, fund proposals, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders. - Liaise with banks, government bodies, and investors for financial closures and compliance. - Monitor fund utilization, working capital flow, and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness. - Prepare budget forecasts, MIS reports, and financial dashboards to support strategic decisions. - Support policy advisory and strategic planning for urban and infrastructure development projects. Qualifications & Experience - MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent degree in Finance/Infrastructure. - 3–4 years minimum experience in PPP consultancy or project finance (infrastructure sector preferred). - Proven experience in financial modelling, fundraising, and public–private investment structuring. - Exposure to government or public-sector projects will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to engage with multi-stakeholder teams. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Telugu (added benefit for coordination with local agencies). - Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, policy frameworks, and investment evaluation. - Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. Location & Relocation - The position is based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. - Candidates willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.
