Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh Type: Full-time | On-site | Immediate Relocation Preferred About the Role We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure finance, and project strategy. The ideal candidate will bring both technical financial expertise and a strategic approach to managing large-scale infrastructure investments, feasibility analysis, and funding models. Candidates with prior PPP consultancy experience (minimum 3–4 years) and exposure to government or semi-government infrastructure projects are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end financial planning, structuring, and execution of PPP and infrastructure projects. Manage project financing through a mix of equity, debt, and structured instruments. Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and IRR/NPV analyses for proposed projects. Develop and present investment strategies, fund proposals, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders. Liaise with banks, government bodies, and investors for financial closures and compliance. Monitor fund utilization, working capital flow, and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness. Prepare budget forecasts, MIS reports, and financial dashboards to support strategic decisions. Support policy advisory and strategic planning for urban and infrastructure development projects. Qualifications & Experience MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent degree in Finance/Infrastructure. 3–4 years minimum experience in PPP consultancy or project finance (infrastructure sector preferred). Proven experience in financial modelling, fundraising, and public–private investment structuring. Exposure to government or public-sector projects will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to engage with multi-stakeholder teams. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Telugu (added benefit for coordination with local agencies). Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, policy frameworks, and investment evaluation. Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance documentation. Location & Relocation The position is based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. Candidates willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.
