Location: Rajahmundry, Andhra PradeshType: Full-time | On-site | Immediate Relocation PreferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure finance, and project strategy. The ideal candidate will bring both technical financial expertise and a strategic approach to managing large-scale infrastructure investments, feasibility analysis, and funding models.Candidates with prior PPP consultancy experience (minimum 3–4 years) and exposure to government or semi-government infrastructure projects are highly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end financial planning, structuring, and execution of PPP and infrastructure projects.- Manage project financing through a mix of equity, debt, and structured instruments.- Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and IRR/NPV analyses for proposed projects.- Develop and present investment strategies, fund proposals, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.- Liaise with banks, government bodies, and investors for financial closures and compliance.- Monitor fund utilization, working capital flow, and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.- Prepare budget forecasts, MIS reports, and financial dashboards to support strategic decisions.- Support policy advisory and strategic planning for urban and infrastructure development projects.Qualifications & Experience- MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent degree in Finance/Infrastructure.- 3–4 years minimum experience in PPP consultancy or project finance (infrastructure sector preferred).- Proven experience in financial modelling, fundraising, and public–private investment structuring.- Exposure to government or public-sector projects will be an added advantage.- Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to engage with multi-stakeholder teams.Preferred Skills- Knowledge of Telugu (added benefit for coordination with local agencies).- Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, policy frameworks, and investment evaluation.- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.Location & Relocation- The position is based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.- Candidates willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.
