Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Email and SMS Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will design, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to effectively engage current and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing automation tools, analyzing campaign performance, segmenting audiences for personalized communication, and supporting lead generation efforts. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals. Qualifications - Experience with Marketing Automation tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms - Strong background in Marketing and Lead Generation strategies - Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and data-driven campaign analysis - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment - Experience within the legal industry or familiarity with Personal Injury and Immigration Law is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
