Premium Acquisition Relationship Manager

Job Description - We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in premium acquisition and sales. Roles and Responsibility: - Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire high-value customers. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements: - Minimum 4 year of experience in premium acquisition or sales. - Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
