About Our Client The hiring company is a large listed organisation known for its strong presence and innovation in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Job Description - Define and execute the integrated HR strategy for Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain domains. - Establish a framework to develop skills and capabilities considering current and future business needs. - Partner with the Leadership team to identify niche skill requirements and close capability gaps. - Integration and standardisation of IR systems and processes across all the Manufacturing set-ups, in multiple States. - Develop and manage robust Industrial Relations (IR) frameworks across manufacturing locations - Oversee HR systems, payroll, compliance, and employee life-cycle management with a focus on digitization and efficiency. - Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decisions and strategies. - Lead change management programs during organizational transitions - Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Head should have: - A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the industry. - Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. - Ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively. - A strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
