About the Role We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to help shape and execute global paid media programs that support JumpCloud's sales-led, upmarket growth. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, outbound activation, and full-funnel demand generation for midmarket audiences across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You'll guide strategy across paid social and top-of-funnel channels, partnering closely with demand generation, integrated marketing, SDRs, and regional teams to support programs that generate net-new leads, MQLs, and pipeline. You'll also share best practices, contribute to team development, and align media execution with broader go-to-market goals. You will: - Drive strategy and execution across paid social and digital channels to support JumpCloud's commercial and sales-led growth motion - Support the development of multi-touch, full-funnel campaigns targeting midmarket and enterprise buyers, aligned to complex sales cycles - Manage outbound campaign activation using platforms like LinkedIn, 6sense, and other intent-based tools to engage named accounts and buying committees - Partner with demand generation, integrated campaigns, and SDR teams to align paid media efforts with campaign and revenue objectives - Provide input and recommendations on budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative strategy to improve performance and scale - Translate business goals into channel-level media plans, KPIs, and testing roadmaps - Work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant across key markets - Analyze and communicate campaign performance, identifying insights and optimizations to inform future strategy - Help establish internal processes, testing frameworks, and documentation for repeatable, scalable execution - Support the growth of junior team members by sharing strategic guidance, campaign insights, and best practices You Have: - 46 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment - Proven track record developing and executing paid media programs for midmarket and enterprise audiences, especially in sales-led GTM motions - Strong familiarity with longer sales cycles, multi-persona targeting, and funnel-specific content strategies - Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and outbound execution via platforms like 6sense - Solid understanding of full-funnel performance metrics (CTR, CPL, MQLs, pipeline, CAC) and how to align them with business goals - Experience partnering across marketing functions (demand gen, SDRs, integrated campaigns, content, and regional teams) - Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for campaign optimization and reporting - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with growing exposure to presenting to senior stakeholders - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team with multiple stakeholders and time zones - A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset - Commitment to JumpCloud's core values: Build Connections, Think Big, 1% Better Every Day Bonus Points for: - Experience marketing to technical or IT decision-makers - Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models, intent data, and retargeting strategies - Experience using tools like Marketo, Looker, Tableau, or similar - Exposure to global campaign planning, localization, and regional performance measurement - Background in budget pacing or spend optimization across multiple channels - Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Google Ads, or related platforms Where you'll be working/Location: JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
