Security Engineer (IAM)

- As an IAM Specialist at Tata Digital Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity and access management systems. You will be responsible for designing, support implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that safeguard our organizations sensitive information and resources. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing user, customer, and vendor access, with proficiency in IAM governance, implementation of IAM tools (such as CyberArk, Arcos), and a strong background in Azure IAM/CIEM- Microsoft Entra.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of enterprise-wide identities, roles, and access privileges management.
- Design and manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
- Conduct access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct access reviews for users, customers, and vendors to maintain security compliance and minimize risks.
- Implement and manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions across the organization, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications.
- Experience in administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools to secure sensitive access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing applications and systems.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to manage user permissions effectively.
- Create and manage personas and access profiles to streamline access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Implement and manage conditional access policies to control access based on contextual factors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Azure IAM, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical guidance and support for IAM-related issues and initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users on IAM best practices and procedures.
- Monitor IAM systems for suspicious activities and respond promptly to security incidents.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) roles, with a focus on user access review, governance, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure IAM, Microsoft Entra, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.
- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools and concepts.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as and Azure IAM, CyberArk, Arcos.
- Strong understanding of permission management, RBAC, and PIM/PAM concepts.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certifications such as Azure certifications SC-300, AZ-500, AZ-900 are must Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) CEH, CompTIA Sec+ are a plus.
