📍 Location: Kottayam, Kerala | 🏭 Full-time | 🧑💼 Senior Leadership Role 🕒 Experience: Minimum 5–10 years as Production Incharge in a rubber-related manufacturing unit Qualification: B.Tech (preferred) Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Production Head to lead and manage the complete production operations at Vikas Rubbers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in rubber manufacturing, with a proven track record in building, implementing, and maintaining robust production systems. Attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to drive continuous improvement are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end production activities to ensure on-time, high-quality output. - Implement, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing systems, SOPs, and workflows. - Lead and manage the production team with a focus on discipline, efficiency, and safety. - Coordinate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor daily production metrics and drive actions for productivity improvement and waste reduction. - Ensure machinery upkeep, preventive maintenance, and process compliance. - Maintain detailed documentation, production reports, and data accuracy. - Uphold strong quality standards and ensure adherence to company and industry guidelines. - Proactively identify issues and resolve them with a problem-solving mindset. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 5–10 years of experience as a Production Incharge/Manager in a rubber manufacturing unit. - B.Tech graduate with strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes. - Proven experience in developing and implementing systems in a factory environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading teams effectively. - Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
