**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operation of the shop floor
- Monitor and maintain production schedules as per weekly plans
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and process guidelines
- Coordinate with the production manager and report on daily/weekly targets
- Manage raw material allocation and machine utilization
- Train and guide operators and workers to improve productivity
- Handle minor technical issues and escalate major ones to the engineering/maintenance team
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain records and production data using ERP systems and physical logs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
