Job Title: Production Supervisor

Role Summary:
A dynamic and ambitious individual is required to oversee production operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maximizing productivity. About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and implementing quality control measures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive business growth. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and mechanical engineering will be essential in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and schedule maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in production supervision or a related field, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and mechanical engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
