Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines Allocate work monitor workforce performance and provide guidance Ensure adherence to SOPs safety and quality standards Monitor and control production parameters temperature pressure curing etc Coordinate with QC maintenance and stores departments for smooth workflow Maintain production records reports and shift logs Train and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline Ensure effective utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage Requirements Diploma Degree in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing processing industry rubber plastic industry experience is an added advantage Knowledge of hydraulic presses moulding mixing and curing processes Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage shift operations and workforce Good communication and reporting skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required What We Offer Career growth opportunities within the organization Supportive work culture in a reputed manufacturing company Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
