Our premium cosmetic and aesthetic clinic is looking for a Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from entry to exit.
This role requires someone who is presentable, well-spoken, and confident in managing front office responsibilities in a luxury healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins professionally
- Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, and phone inquiries
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for appointment flow
- Assist in billing, payments, and maintaining basic front-office records
- Support administrative and CRM-related tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
