Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee], [Payroll] In this role, [The Payroll Specialist is part of a team responsible for processing US and Canadian payroll This includes, but not limited to, on-cycle pay processing, create/review/maintain process documentation and knowledgebase articles, train new Payroll team members, and be an escalation resource for Payroll Coordinators. Support Payroll Team with projects and process improvement initiatives.] Responsibilities .Perform activities necessary in processing payroll for all employees in the US and Canada .Process termination/severance payments and signing bonuses .Process tax adjustments and refund payments .Calculate and pay ESL payments .Coordinate payroll audits/reviews to ensure accuracy of pay and identify potential errors .Provide time & labor support to HR Ops, managers, supervisors, and T&L users .Research and resolve payroll issues .Coordinate printing, packaging, and distribution of checks/advices .Complete bank activities such as pay card funding and NOC reports .Perform other duties as assigned .Shadow Leadership to enhance people management skills . Manage workload and work allocation . Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client .
