Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns acrossMeta (Facebook, Instagram)andGoogle Ads(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) to maximize ROI. - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team ofdigital marketers, content creators, and designersto deliver cohesive marketing strategies. - Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation. - OverseeSEO, SEMandsocial media marketingto boost organic and paid traffic. - Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation based on performance metrics. - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise - Minimum2+ years of hands-on experiencewith Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple formats. - Proficiency inGoogle Analytics,Meta Business Suite, and other performance tracking tools. - Solid understanding ofSEO, SEM, email marketing, andsocial media strategy. - Experience withA/B testing,conversion rate optimization (CRO), andcustomer journey mapping.
