Designation – Assistant Vice President Operations Job Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Ltd., a leading system integrator specializing in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IP-based surveillance systems CCTV, access control solutions, intrusion detection systems, AI/ML solutions and other advanced security solutions under the ICT digitization framework. eSec has successfully executed many projects nationwide, including Safe/Smart City initiatives and various large-scale government and enterprise projects. Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions and many more. Job Responsibilities - Ability to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results - Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements - Strong people management skills with the ability to set/ get alignment toward a direction - Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources - To formulate plans/ practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy. - Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities. - Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched - Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns. Requirement - Proven working experience in Operations - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations. - Assertive and clear style of communication. Education Qualification - Qualification- BE/ M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations - MBA/ PMP certification would be preferred.
