Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions and sectors. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers and consultants. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design and propose customized solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and tender documents. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure timely project execution. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and channel partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide post-sales technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field. Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales (preferably in Solar, Electrical, or Industrial equipment). Strong understanding of technical products, electrical systems, and project sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Attributes: Experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or industrial automation sectors. Strong network with consultants, government departments, and industrial clients. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-centric personality.
