Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales & Admin professional specializing in Australia Mortgages. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with clients regarding mortgages, overseeing sales processes, managing and training sales teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant policies. Additionally, the individual will assist in general administrative tasks to support efficient business operations. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and coaching teams effectively Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines Understanding of the Australian mortgage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
