We are expanding our outreach team and looking for passionate telecallers who can engage with students, guide them on course options, and support their educational journey.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce our education services.- Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and services.- Follow up with leads, maintain call logs, and update CRM records.- Guide students through the admission process and connect them with counsellors.- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions.Requirements- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Punjabi, or other Indian languages is a plus).- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.What We Offer- Attractive base salary + great incentives for performance.- Training and mentoring to help you succeed.- Career growth opportunities within the education sector.- Supportive and multicultural work environment.
