The role involves collecting and organizing client documentation and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Finance Admin SupportSend and follow up on client Fact-Find & financial documentsReview documents for completeness and accuracyMaintain organised client folders on One DrivePrepare Terms of Business, lender forms & application packsCoordinate valuations, solicitors, and lendersTrack underwriting progress & share updates with clientsSupport DIP & full mortgage application preparationUpdate internal registers and manage calendarsProperty Admin SupportResearch property investment locationsCoordinate with estate agents for viewings & offersAdvertise rentals, schedule tenant viewingsLiaise with tenants & contractors on maintenanceMaintain property documentationQualifications3+ yrs experience in mortgage, finance admin, or property managementStrong organisation & document-handling skillsExcellent follow-up and communication abilitiesGood command of MS Office & cloud storageAbility to work independently and manage deadlines
