In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end mortgage processes, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with Australian lending regulations. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and facilitating smooth mortgage transactions.Key Responsibilities Client Consultation:Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions Loan Application Management:Oversee the complete mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless transactions. Compliance Adherence:Ensure all activities comply with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies. Documentation Management:Maintain accurate and organized mortgage documentation and records. Market Awareness:Stay updated on Australian mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.Qualifications Experience:Minimum of 1 year in the Australian mortgage industry. Education:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Skills: Proficiency in mortgage processing software like Mercury and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
