Role Description:

As a Mortgage Loan Processor at Real Mortgage Finance & Mortgage Broking, you will manage the day-to-day processing of mortgage applications from submission to formal approval. This full-time remote role requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure smooth handling of client files, coordination with lenders, and timely loan settlements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support brokers with loan processing tasks, including servicing calculations, valuations, and pricing.
  • Conduct policy analysis and data entry into MyCRM and ApplyOnline.
  • Collect, verify, and package lender and compliance documentation.
  • Lodge and track applications through to approval while managing offshore team members.
  • Maintain client communication, provide updates, and obtain supporting documents.
  • Liaise with lenders, referral partners, and conveyancers to ensure seamless processing.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry (loan processor, credit analyst, or assessor).
  • Experience in managing team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with MyCRM and ApplyOnline preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home.
