We provide clean energy at a cost lower than traditional distribution companies, servicing commercial buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, warehouses, and industries. Our services include design and installation for small rooftop PV systems for residential homes and electrical storage for decentralized electricity generation. Role Description

The Head of Finance will be responsible for shaping the financial health of the company, driving long-term strategy, ensuring compliance, and building investor confidence. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic leadership, reporting directly to the CEO.

Overall Benefits included: up to 90,000/-

Key responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth and investment goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgets, cash flow management, and forecasting.
- Capital Structuring: Drive fundraising efforts, manage debt/equity structuring, and build strong banking/investor relationships.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee audits, tax planning, statutory filings, and corporate governance.
- Project Finance: Structure PPAs, open access projects, and renewable energy investments for profitability and scalability.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, implementing systems and processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / CFA (preferred).
- 812+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or investment-heavy industries.
- Strong background in project finance, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Proven ability to manage financial strategy in growth-stage companies.
- Exceptional knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
