Position: Finance Head

Location: Ch. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra (MIDC, Chikalthana Area)

Reporting To: Managing Director

Compensation: Up to 25 LPA

Experience Required: 815 years in progressive finance leadership roles

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), fully qualified and registered with ICAI

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, systems-driven Finance Head to architect and lead the financial backbone of a fast-scaling, multi-location business. This role demands more than accounting expertiseit calls for a visionary Chartered Accountant who can design financial frameworks, drive compliance, and enable growth across diverse verticals, including automobile, heavy machinery, and commercial operations.

Key Objectives

- Shape and execute the financial strategy for a dynamic, multi-vertical organization.
- Establish strong compliance frameworks and ensure zero non-compliance.
- Lead ERP implementation, process automation, and real-time financial visibility.
- Partner with leadership to drive scalability, profitability, and new venture evaluation.

1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

- Expertise in designing and managing multi-vertical budgets, forecasts, and models
- Strong capital allocation, ROI analysis, and scenario planning skills
- Ability to align financial strategy with business growth

- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, MCA filings, and audit protocols
- Proven track record of building robust internal controls
- Experience in statutory audits and regulatory interactions

- Proficiency in ERP, dashboards, and financial automation tools
- Skilled in standardizing processes across geographies and verticals
- Data-driven decision-making and digital transformation orientation

1. Leadership & Team Development

- Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale finance teams
- Effective delegation with accountability frameworks
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, HR, and technology teams

1. Business Acumen & Commercial Insight

- Deep understanding of unit economics, pricing, and cost structures
- Financial evaluation of new business ventures and models (e.g., franchises, startups)
- Experience in funding strategy, investor relations, and valuation modelling

1. Risk Management & Governance

- Skilled at identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Governance frameworks and ethical financial practices expertise
- Ability to handle uncertainty while maintaining fiscal discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts across business units
- Drive capital allocation, working capital optimization, and ROI analysis
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure timely filings (GST, TDS, MCA, etc.)
- Lead internal/statutory audits and risk protocols
- Systems & Automation
- Implement ERP and dashboards for real-time visibility
- Standardize processes for inventory, billing, and reporting across locations
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and strengthen finance teams
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and technology teams to align strategy
- Strategic Projects
- Support franchising and expansion models with financial insights
- Contribute to startup/new venture planning and investor readiness

- Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am 6.00 pm
- Week Off: All Sundays
- Gender: Male/Female (both considered)
- Benefits: PF, Bonus, Paid Leaves (1.5 per month)
