Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts. The role involves developing business strategies, creating strong communication channels with stakeholders, and contributing to the company's revenue growth through innovative solutions and client engagement. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients and growth opportunities. - Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking to develop effective business approaches and opportunities. - Exceptional Communication skills to thoroughly engage with clients and stakeholders, building strong and long-lasting relationships. - Proven experience in Account Management to ensure consistent and reliable collaboration with existing clients. - Ability to work proactively in an on-site setting in Indore, with attention to detail and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. - Experience in software/AI solutions or related industries will be advantageous.
