Raynas Infra and Geomatics is looking for a Procurement Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchases dealing with vendors and ensuring the timely supply of materials for our projects Key Responsibilities Source and select reliable suppliers for materials and services Filling E-tenders on GOVT Portals Collect quotations and negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules Prepare and process Purchase Orders POs Coordinate with the site and inventory team for material requirements Track deliveries and follow up with vendors for timely supply Maintain proper records of purchases invoices and vendor details Prepare daily and monthly procurement reports Ensure purchases comply with company policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business or a related field 1-3 years of experience in procurement construction or infrastructure industry preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchasing software Strong attention to detail and follow-up Benefits 1 Provident fund Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
