Business Consultant PositionSAP Procurement Expertise Required:Implementation and configuration of procurement modules in SAP, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.Integration of MM and FICO modules for seamless workflow between GR/IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.Collaboration with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.Support for Sourcing, Vendor Master, and Pricing configurations, as well as troubleshooting operational issues.Participation in blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.Coordination with onshore teams and U.S. stakeholders for deployment and support deliverables.Preparation and maintenance of functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.Proposal of continuous improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.Key Requirements Include:Hands-on experience with SAP MM/P2P configuration and support, spanning 3–10 years.Strong expertise in the Procure-to-Pay cycle — from requisition creation to vendor payment.Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global support environments.In-depth knowledge of Purchase Order processing, Release Strategies, GR/IR clearing, and Invoice Verification.Strong integration experience with FICO (Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, Tax, and Payment Terms).Exposure to S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba integration, or SRM systems is beneficial.Familiarity with GST, Tax Procedure, and Vendor Portal functionalities.Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to work effectively in onshore–offshore delivery models.
