Job Description About the Opportunity Job Type: Permanent Application Deadline: 31 October 2025 Job Description Title Senior Manager Business Analyst - Investment Risk Department ISS Delivery Location Bangalore Reports To Technical Analysis Subchapter Lead Level 6 ISS Delivery provides the design and delivery of all changes in processes and/or technology solutions that support the growth for Fidelity's Global Investment Solutions & Services business (ISS). We support Investment Management, Asset Management Operations and Distribtion team primarily located in London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Toronto, Australia, Singapore and China. Fidelity ISS business is continually evolving in response to market demands, client expectations, and the increasing sophistication of investment strategies. This role sits within the ISS Delivery team, which partners closely with our front office investment risk teams to deliver change that enhances investment decision-making and risk management capabilities. We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with deep subject matter expertise in Investment Risk and experience working directly with Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Construction and Invesment Risk Teams to support portfolio construction and analytics processes. The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing investment risk systems, providing data-driven insights and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data model Your key accountabilities As a Senior Manager Business Analyst - Investment Risk, you will be responsible for: - Conducting indepth high quality business analysis, including detailed requirements, process mapping, and documentation to support the delivery of effective and scalable technology solutions. - Acting as a domain SME in Invesment Risk and partnerning with business leaders to shape and prioritise iniatives - Working in partnership with developers and technical architects to deliver solutions aligned with FIL architectural and engineering patterns and principles. - Collabroating closely with technology counterparts (architects, engineers and other business analysts) and operational teams across geographical locations to deliver high impact solutions that aligned with business objectives. - Driving enhancements in investment risk analytics, performance measurement, and attribution processes. - Facilitating stakeholder workshops and providing strategic insights, thought leadership and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Staying on top of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations in risk and analytics tools. - Supporting the development of a centre of excellence in analysis by mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices. Essential Skills and Experience - In depth experiences as a Business Analyst in Asset Management, preferable supporting front office investment risk and/or analytics teams. - Deep understanding in investment risk methodologies (VaR, tracking error, duration risk), performance measurement frameworks, and attribution techniques (Brinson, Factor-based, etc) across various asset classes. - Familiarity with tools such as Factset Attribution, MSCI BarraOne, or similar portfolio analytics platforms - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of stakeholder engagement and influcing senior decision-makers - Strong technical skills in SQL development and data modelling. - Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights - Experienced working in Agile environments with team scattered across globally Desirable Skills and Experience - Experience in Object orientated application development, use of APIs - Exposure to Oracle or similar relational database Feel rewarded For starters, we'll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
