- on.End-to-end ownership of resource allocation for all incoming & active projects in the organization, and configuration of the same on Ruddr/Mond
- ay.Set up & execute a process to ensure all incoming projects are staffed with required roles and forecast hiring needs to leadersh
- ip.Collaborate with the sales & engagement management for validation of resource plans on all open & upcoming client wo
- rk.Rapidly develop understanding of our resource management tool features & capabilities (Ruddr/Monda
- y).Perform the sync up of CRM (Salesforce) pipeline with Ruddr platform on a weekly bas
- is.Own assignment of employees to engagement based upon their skills, abilities & availability. Collaborate with Solution Team for inputs on skill mat
- ch.Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to balance hiring with staffing nee
- ds.Communicate with Engagement Managers to ensure employee availability by analyzing mobilization/ demobilization plans, time off, e
- tc.Generate & publish resource requirement forecasts & utilization reports to leadership teams periodical
- ly.Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues / conflict resolution with Engagement team and appropriate department hea
