Purpose of the Role - To lead a smooth, student-centered admissions process that supports enrollment goals and reflects ISP's values of care, integrity, and excellence. Recruitment Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers) - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs - Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns - Assist in onboarding and induction processes Operations - Maintain and update HR records and documentation - Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems - Assist with compliance checks, background verifications, and safeguarding documentation - Coordinate employee life cycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit) - Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campuses Skills And Competencies - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational and time management abilities - Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset - Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and recruitment platforms - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Qualifications And Experience - Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in education or service sectors ISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles - ISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. - All post holders are subject to appropriate vetting procedures, including an online due diligence search, references and satisfactory Criminal Background Checks or equivalent covering the previous 10 years employment history.
