Job Title Real Estate Sales Executive Property Advisor- Location Mumbai- Experience Required 1-5 years- Industry Real Estate- Type Full-time On-site- Immediate Joiners Preferred - We are hiring Real Estate Sales Executives Property Advisors for a leading real estate advisory firm in Mumbai - The ideal candidate must have strong experience in selling residential real estate handling high-intent leads and closing deals with premium developers - You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire property sales cycle - from lead qualification to site visits to final closure Key Responsibilities - Handle qualified inbound and outbound real estate leads - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects - Conduct project presentations and explain pricing amenities payment plans and USPs - Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and ensure a smooth experience - Follow up with clients aggressively for closures documentation and bookings - Build and maintain relationships with homebuyers for referrals and repeat business - Work closely with internal teams and developers to provide updated project information - Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily performance Required Skills Experience - 1-5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales - Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to convert leads into closures - Must be proactive target-driven and customer-centric - Understanding of Mumbai property market is preferred - Should be currently working or on notice period Qualifications - Any graduate undergraduate with relevant sales experience - MBA or real estate certification is an advantage not mandatory Salary Benefits - Competitive fixed salary based on experience - Lucrative incentives on closures - Travel allowance for site visits - Opportunity to work with top developers and premium real estate inventory Working Days Timings- 6 days working- Weekday off- 10 AM - 7 PM may vary as per organization ref updazz com
