**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused **Property Advisor** to join our growing real estate team. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their property buying, selling, or renting journey, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers or tenants.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales/rentals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory (freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the local property market and applicable real estate laws/regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹9,209.72 - ₹46,473.06 per month
