PX teams span Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence. This role sits within the PX STACK (Strategy Transformation Automation Content and Knowledge) team. STACK is focused on transforming Google's people operations service delivery. In this role, you will be into operational data, create compelling business cases, and drive the continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our service delivery. You will be a key player in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining complex workflows, and ensuring our operations are scalable and effective. You are passionate about using data to solve complex problems and leading strategic initiatives on process transformation in a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities - Analyze the performance of current service delivery models using quantitative and qualitative data to identify key opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Build compelling, data-driven business cases that articulate problem statements, proposed solutions, and expected Return on Investment (ROI) to gain stakeholder support for process and service enhancements. - Collaborate closely with Service, Product, and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements and ensure their successful implementation. - Manage the execution of cross-functional projects focused on operational improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), mitigating risks, and reporting on progress to stakeholders. - Influence and partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and successfully implement process changes.
