Job Description Job Title: Lead Developer / Developer Location: Bangalore, India Experience: Varies by role Primary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL About the Role We are looking for highly skilled Lead Developers (2) and Developers (4) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases. As part of our agile development environment, you'll work on scalable solutions and collaborate across teams to build high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy robust Java Spring Boot applications using microservices architecture. - Ensure database management and optimization using SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred). - Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment. - Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of applications. - Lead Developers will mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architecture decisions. Required Skills & Experience - Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Hands-on expertise with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Knowledge of cloud services, AWS ECS experience is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices. - Lead Developers should have previous experience in leadership roles with a track record of mentoring teams and making architectural decisions.
