We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for our employees and clients The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking flights hotels transportation and ensuring a seamless travel experience while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities Book flights hotels and transport for employees Handle visa assistance itineraries and travel insurance Coordinate with vendors for best rates and services Provide travel support and resolve issues Ensure compliance with company travel policies Requirements Open to freshers no prior experience required Excellent command of English both verbal and written Proficient in basic computer applications MS Office email internet Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes Immediate joiners will be given preference Preferred Qualifications A diploma or degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field Understanding of domestic and international travel routes Basic knowledge of visa procedures and travel-related documentation Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
