Job Summary We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products, services, or campaigns, generate leads, or provide information. The role also includes answering queries, resolving issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a target-driven environment, and contributing to business growth through telephonic engagement. Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.
