About Acquiring and Cards The Acquiring and Cards department focuses on the Cards and merchant acquiring business of the bank The Bank offers a wide range of cards designed for the customers specific needs along with offering POS services under the Acquiring business vertical within the cards team The department is also responsible for driving growth in the UPI payments space About the Role The Credit Cards Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing and initiating portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings ANR and revenue across all card products The Portfolio Manager is also responsible for managing the customer life cycle and for driving profitability of the portfolio of the retail credit card portfolio Key Responsibilities Responsible for driving spends and activity on the retail credit card portfolio that meets the overall credit cards business objectives of Axis Bank Develop and initiate portfolio management strategy to drive increase in billings ANR and revenue across all card products Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the Retail Credit Card Portfolio to identify profitable products and segments Identify untapped growth segments and develop targeted offerings to increase level of engagement across all Card products Conduct regular competitor analysis identify and implement new products and services to drive interest and fee revenues Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduate Post graduate from recognized university with 2-3 yrs of relevant work exp Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Knowledge of industry technology marketing and product trends Good understanding of Credit Cards Unsecured and Secured Asset product and understanding on Liabilities side of banking Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open Women LGBTQIA and PwD candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
