Product Manager – Credit Cards P&L – Credit Card Marketing HOLocation: Mumbai (Kotak Infinity Park)About the JobThe Product Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance, profitability of Credit Card portfolio. The role involves end to end management of income and expense items,ensuring adherence to budget targets and leading initiatives for opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost saving.Job Requirements:1. Responsible for managing the entire Credit Card business P&L, tracking all income and expense lines and ensuring deliverables as per business targets by coordinating with various departments across the business.2. Analyze the performance metrics, identify key trends and recommend actions to optimize portfolio profitability3. Front ending network interactions for the bank with associated network partners for revenue and cost saving opportunities4. Analyze the network trends both across interchange and costs and drive interventions to maximize benefits for the business5. Manage the year end budgeting and forecasting process6. Keep a track of budgeted expenditure of each vertical and ensure that expenses are managed within the budget bounds7. Responsible to manage the monthly and quarterly reporting mechanics and assess transaction income trends for the cards portfolio.8. Oversee the publishing of management dashboardsRequired Skills and ExperienceThe candidate should possess the following attributes:1. CA / MBA with 6+ years of work experience in banking / financial services2. Should have prior understanding of cards business and had a thorough understanding of cards revenue and expense lines.3. Should understand financial statement viz. P&L and Balance sheet4. Should be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders within and outside the bank and work with them5. Should have good analytical skills to understand the trends and correlate different line items within the cards business6. Should possess good communication / interpersonal / problem solving skills and has to be a quick learner.7. Proficient in working on MS Office tools.
