Data Entry and Documentation Accurately record customer details, complaints, and solutions in the company’s CRM system. Update records for future reference and quality audits. Meeting Performance Metrics Achieve targets related to call handling time, first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) set by the client or company.
