ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our company and the top talent in the market. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging candidates for a variety of non-technical roles, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the exciting field of talent acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Source potential candidates through online channels like job portals, professional networks, and social media. - Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of potential candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. POSITION TYPE: Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. This offers you excellent flexibility and the autonomy to manage your workflow while gaining invaluable industry experience. REQUIREMENTS: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications are a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. - Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - No prior experience is necessary, but a genuine interest in a recruiting career is essential.
